Olivia is a NASM certified Personal Trainer & PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach who works as an online Health Coach helping women increase strength and build healthy relationships between food and exercise. She graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program with honours as well as the Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Promotion program from Humber College with Academic Excellence.
After working in the industry for over 6 years, Olivia has found a true passion in helping people find a true balance amongst all aspects of health. When she's not in the gym, Olivia likes to go on outdoor walks listening to a podcast, going out for her favourite meal of the day: breakfast, or watching movies with her cat-filled family.
